Terms And Conditions by OTD:
- The primary renter must be 21 years of age and must produce a valid driver's license, B category, or equivalent international driver's license or license from the renter's country of residence.
- Two identification documents are required (including driver's license), and, in the case of corporate customers, our representative has to be presented with original copies of appropriate documents.
- We require security deposit according to the rates table. Forms of payment: cash, credit card guarantee, bank transfer (the car will be available as soon as we have received the amount of security deposit).
- In the case of non-Polish residents, only credit card guarantee is accepted (VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTER CARD).
- In the case of cash deposit, pick up location will be the renter's address or the company headquarters and the deposit will be increased by PLN 1000.
- Rates in the table include a 24-hour rental period; if delay in returning the vehicle exceeds 3 hours, 50% of one day rental rate is added, if it exceeds 6 hours the charge is 100%.
- The rates in the table include full insurance coverage and unlimited mileage.
- Security deposit is not returned if:
- vehicle parts have been replaced without the rental agency consent, - the renter is responsible for collision (damage).
- Other renters' responsibilities:
- the renter is held fully liable for the loss of a vehicle together with documents or keys and any damage to the vehicle resulting from a collision the renter took part in being intoxicated by alcohol or drugs, - the renter is held fully liable for any damage to the vehicle resulting from its improper usage and extra wear of interior materials, i.e. torn or damaged seats, dashboard and other elements, damaged luggage compartment: torn interior finish, paintwork scratches and broken plastic elements, and the cost of replacing used tires.
