Car Group P: VW TRANSPORTER 2 Terms And Conditions in Poland Methods of payment Budget Rent a Car Poland accepts the following methods of payment: Payment by credit card (Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express , Diners Club, JCB) Payment by Budget Charge Card or Budget Voucher Payment by prepaid voucher There is also a possibility to pay for your rental by bank transfer to Budget Poland's account. Minimum rental period Minimum rental period is 24 hours. The next 59 minutes is free of charge. If the vehicle is returned later, the Renter will be charged for the next day. Extension of the rental A request for extension of the rental must be made to the renting location not less than 12 hours prior to the expiration of the current rental period. Otherwise the car may be reported as stolen. Minimal age Minimal age of the Renter for cars from A, B, F and W groups is 21 years, for all other groups 25. The Renter should hold a valid driving licence for at least 12 months. One-way rentals The conditions of the one-way rentals should be negotiated at the time of the rental. Fuel The vehicle is rented with a full tank and should be returned with the same amount of petrol . In case of any discordance please inform Budget employee immediately. It is Renter's obligation to pay for the fuel used during the rental and to refuel the car. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank the Renter will be charged as the fuel indicator shows. The rate for each lacking liter is indicated in the box "refueling charge" in rental agreement. Insurance By buying CDW and TP (both are mandatory) the Renter's financial responsibility in case of collision , parking damage or theft is reduced only to the non waiverable excess according to the box "non waiverable" responsibility. Renter's non-waiverable responsibility can be lifted ( except for damages to the underside of the car and theft ) under the condition that the Renter buys additional insurance ( Super CDW ) offered by Budget.
