1. Check-in time
Passengers are requested to be present at the airport to check-in at the time indicated by the carrier, at least 1 hour before departure.
2. Visas & other documents
The passenger not holding a valid visa and travel documents (passport, vaccination certificates, etc.) required in the countries he/she intends to visit, takes the risk of being refused entry by the immigration authorities.

Domestic flights
Economy Class
registered baggage: 20 kg
cabin baggage: 1 piece of cabin baggage of overall dimension not exceding 115 cm, not heavier than 6 kg and a laptop computer.
Flights to/from Europe and Middle East
Economy Class
registered baggage: 20 kg (15 kg - low-cost flights)
cabin baggage: 1 piece of cabin baggage of overall dimension not exceding 115 cm, not heavier than 6 kg and a laptop computer.
Business Class
registered baggage: 30 kg
cabin baggage: 1 piece of cabin baggage of overall dimension not exceding 115 cm or clothing bag width of 20 cm, and additional briefcase of dimensions 45x35x23 cm or a laptop computer. The total weight cannot exceed 9 kgs.
Flights to/from USA and Canada
Economy Class
registered baggage: 2 pieces, none heavier then 32 kilos each. Overall dimension of one piece must not exceed 158 cm, and the other 140 cm.
cabin baggage: 1 piece, dimensions of which are not to exceed 100 cm and weight of 5 kilos.
Business Class
registered baggage: 3 pieces, not heavier than 32 kgs. Overall dimension of one piece must not exceed 158 cm.
cabin baggage: 1 piece not heavier than 9 kgs and of overall dimension not exceeding 100 cm.
4. Duty-free limits
The limits of duty free goods that a passenger arriving on an international flight may bring to Poland are as follows:
1 litre of spirit, 2 litres of wine, 5 litres of beer, 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 250 g tobacco, 50 ml perfumes, 250 ml toilet water.
In addition to the aforementioned goods, a passenger on ana international flight may bring to Poland other goods of total value not exceeding 175 € in his/her personal baggage, and for a passenger less than 15 years old the respective limit is 90 €.
A passenger may bring duty free goods within in the above specified limits once in 30 days.
5. Executive Lounge
Located in depatures area.
Opens 60 minutes before every international departure.
To all other passengers it is available after a charge of 70 PLN payed directly before entering the Lounge.
6. Passenger safety
Please note car parking restrictions nearby the Terminal.
Please keep safe your travel documents.
Please report any unattended baggage, pack or bag to security officers or airport personnel.
In emergency all instructions given by security officers or airport personnel must be obeyed.
7. Articles prohibited on board
Passengers are required to remove the following articles prohibited on board from their cabin baggage or personal belongings: knives, lockable or flick knives, axes of any type, side-arms of any type, clubs, tools, razors, scissors, files, corkscrews, tweezers, mountain sticks, sticks with axe-like handles, or their models, etc.
Please read the safety instructions on your ticket and information boards carefully.
During security control and prior to check-in passengers are requested to place the articles prohibited on board in their hold baggage
The articles prohibited on board may not be deposited, passengers must remove such articles prior to gate security control.
8. Baggage safety
Passengers are responsible for content of their baggage.
It is suggested that lockable suitcases/bags with padlocks, code locks, key locks, etc. are used.
Passengers shall not accept for carriage any items from other people (parcels, gifts, envelopes, etc.)
Baggage must not be left unattended.
9. Dangerous articles
For safety reasons, dangerous articles, such as those listed below, must not be carried in passenger's baggage:
- Compressed gases,
- Corrosives,
- Explosives, weapons, handguns, ammunition, crackers, flares, fireworks of any kind,
- Liquid or solid flammable materials,
- Radioactive materials,
- Suitcases with alarm system installed,
- Oxidizing agents,
- Chemical or biological toxic substances,
- Other dangerous articles specified in respective carrier's regulations
Medicines and cosmetics that may be required during the journey are permitted in reasonable quantities.
10. Electronic devices
For safety reasons the following electronic devices which transmit radio-frequency signals may not be used on board:
- Mobile phones,
- Pagers,
- Radio transmitters/receivers
- Control transmitters (such as transmitters for remote controlled toys)
Such devices carried on board must be powered-off all the time.
Computers, electronic games, tape recordes, CD-players, video cameras, etc. may be used on board according to crew annoucements.
